Just returned from the Washington, DC Sisterlocks Meet-up...I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME!!! We socialized, exchanged stories, had a good meal and took pictures (which I will post as soon as my daughter gives me the software for the camera). I saw someone that I went to high school with. Ladies we must do this again!
(I did not label pictures because I did not ask permission to from the ladies that are in the pictures)

Thank you sunsail. It was a pleasure meeting you as well. It is so nice to put a face with a "name". I am working on those pictures from both ends, my daughter and the website.
I'm glad you had a good time, I wish I could have gone. When I inserted the CD for my camera it automatically searched the net for a newer version.
You know I'm thinking you went to the inauguration. Did you get to go or go to any parties?
Hi Carmen - I don't have the CD. It is missing in action (so to speak). I ended up using my daughters iPhotos to download.
I did go to the Inauguration. I did not have a ticket. But, never the less, the feeling of just being near was quite breathtaking. I will post on my blog soon.
